Jaymee Smith is a passionate designer and visual storyteller who blends artistry with strategy to create bold, memorable brands. A native Nevadan with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, Jaymee brings both local insight and national experience to every project.
Before joining RAD Strategies, Jaymee served as Marketing Graphics Manager for the Florida Lottery, one of the state's largest revenuegenerating organizations. There, she led a team of in-house designers, developed large-scale product campaigns, and maintained cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms and initiatives. Her creative leadership ensured every visual touchpoint was on-brand, engaging, and impactful.
